ppm to dkh conversion

Can anyone point me to a site where I can get the conversion from ppm to dkh for Alkalinity test results? I recently purchased the lamotte test kit and it gives results in ppm.

Do you have to wire the LOA (Lights of America) fixtures, or do they come with standard plug? How did you mount it, I like the success you have had, but the clamp flood lights are very easy to setup.
