I have a 20 gal sump with a TE Nautalis skimmer...

I have a 20 gal sump with a TE Nautalis skimmer in it (bought it used for 50$ came with a mag 7) don't know if that's a good skimmer but it seems to work fine.

Could I add a refugium to this?

I like the shrimp just to look at. It doesn't matter to me if it does anything. :)
