Personally, I get the feeling they aren't a great company just by looking at their website. In my two minutes of looking at their website I came across 2 typos. Not good.

I got a 29g Biocube the other day as well, and I had the same problem . It turns it that it wouldnt turn on because the light wasnt in the recepticle all of the way.

The BioCube comes with 1-36 Watt 10k and 1-36 Watt Actinic. Not sure about the flow and such because the BioCube (which is made by Oceanic) isnt even on their website yet.
