i sour fish eating? also, tangs are known to have some spots at night when the lights are off and disappear in the mornig when they are on. Also, did you quarentine the fish?

uv sterilizers are not recommended for reef...
uv sterilizers are not recommended for reef setups since they kill many benifical food souces for corals and anything that passes through it which includes the foods that you feed them with.

those liquids were made for you to caliberate...
those liquids were made for you to caliberate your probe to read the correct PH depending what liquid you use not to test the liquid.

I would use a cnaister filter and let it run in your establish tank for a while at least a month in order for the necessary bacteria to colonize in it.

anemones are reef safe, it s just that they have a tendency to sting other corals around them, also, I would check the water parameters since it most likely wasen't the anemone that caused this.
