Bristleworms are very good cleanres and will eat any uneaten food or detiuts. If you have lots of them.......a pair of coral banded shrimp will keep the numbers down.HTH

if your nitrite is zero i would say its your test...
if your nitrite is zero i would say its your test kit. 3months is a long time. you are safe to add fish ...do it slowly.
If you are not sure use another test.HTH

I plugged mine directly from the over flow to the skimmer and placed a T on the skimmer exit to prevent back pressure.....works just fine.
I dont know if this going to work with bigger pumps...

the smaller the grains( less than 1 mm) the better if you are going with less than 3" deep.
you could still have dinitrofication in 1" sand bed if the grain was very fine ( suger size). HTH

I have 2x150w and I keep maxima clam on the sand...
I have 2x150w and I keep maxima clam on the sand of my 80g ( 22" tall) and some sps near the bottom with good growth and color .its very important to have a good reflector and to keep your water...

I have built a 37" x 21.3" x 21.7" tank using 8 mm glass on all sides including the bottom. I also used a 3.9" wide center brace. Befor I fill the tank. Do you think am safe and the tank wont crack...
