I´m planning the stand so I can put anything from 10 to 60 g tanks as needed, I just have to put fewer larger tanks and that´s it. The general idea will be the same...

Seems like you´re suporting all the weight on the screws like cannarella just said.
Besides cutting the blues and purples, you could put an upright 2x4 on each red corner and fix it...
