Wet Dry filters are great filters but release the nitrate that they produce into the water colomn to be eaten up by algae....

Well the results seem pretty unanimous so far but why does sand always beat out crushed coral??
I can see pro's and con's for both but in a FO setup it seems like the CC would be the way to go.

I know EMI effects signals like radio and network traffic but not sure if it would shut off power. Even regular florecent lights emit EMI.
Sounds more like there was an overload on the outlet...
