With my phoenix 14K, colors are stunning and it does not look "blue" to me at all. Looks purpleish white :) By far my fav bulb out of all I have witnessed. Perfect balance looks and functionality.

I have a 10G sump and use the ss65 in sump. It works FLAWLESS. Pulls some darn nasty stuff.

The ss65 has gotten a bad rep from people that run a HOB setup, then let there water level drop 1-2"...

Looks large in the photos... but each head is about .25-.5mm across. Very very tiny. Actual size of that whole peice is about 1/2" x 3/8"
