You might try Coral Oasis in Irvine. Last time I was there they had a tank full of seahorses that were not eating frozen mysis, so they may be raising brine, etc.

Keep on eye on the tank's temp. - the nanocubes tend to run warm. You may need to modify it (ie chiller, fans, etc.) to make the temperature suitable for the seahorses.
