For a 90 gallon tank (24" height) that will house mostly sps and clams, would (2) 250 or (2) 400 watt MH bulbs be a better choice?(I don't have a chiller - would the 400's heat the tank much more)?

I keep mostly sps, which are doing fine under the 175's - It seems like most people keeping sps are using 250's or 400 watt bulbs.
