The thing is like 5" x 3." It is extremely hardy and fast growing. I had a rock shift and break up one half of it a few months ago and there are pieces of it in the rockwork. Some are in the shade...

Bought this as "brown monti" and it has now turned bright neon green. I totally wasnt expecting that....

looks like a type of scroll algae. Mine grew really well for a couple months, pieces would tear off and eventually it went away. Its not hard to remove by hand if it bothers you.
