Usually the tentacles extend a little more but it wasn't too happy about being moved to the front of the tank so I could get a good shot. The green mouths (?) are really small, only 1 to 2 mm...

Not only are the blue rings deadly as mentioned but your setup does not sound at all appropriate for any octopus. If you must have one start with a species like a bimac in a species only setup.
