Right now I have 2 actinic +, 1 10k daylight and 1 super actinic. Things still seem alittle whiter than I like it but if I'm going to go with mainly sps I dont think I can get away with anything...

Carmiejo, House is set at 72. Tanks set at 78-80. The heaters rarely come on. T5' do most of the heating for me so the heaters really dont work to hard.

HOLY COW!! ECECTRIC $ went way up. Does this seem right?

Could it possibly be toxins from the Puffer. All puffers produce a nerotoxin (some more deadly than others) and when stressed they tend to release this toxin. Are you running any carbon?
