What in the world?

There seems to be something sticking out between the sand and the live rock (tiny)... It has sort of clear/greenish fingers and when you stick your hand in the tank to check it out, it darts back...

The sad part about the shark holding area is that its just a 5 x 4 ft. big holding area... and abt 2.5ft deep (not a glass tank) its cement lined with tiles... :mad: I did ask the people there...

1. Via Aqua Milti Skimmer (w/o UV)

Hmmmm... I would definitely like to have sand but the available sand here is not "live". So, if you have live rock would the regular sand eventually become "live" aswell?
