I'd still suggest some large water changes. Any amm. and trites are bad, and your trates are very high too. Sounds like something died in your tank and is polluting the water.

No flat worms. I haven't seen anything that doesn't belong in the tank except some cyano on the sand. I know that doesn't mean it's not in there.
