thanks everyone for all the advice....its amazing how fast they can multiply. Its seemed like there was only one and the a month later boom a dozen of them. Now I just need to get a blow dryer.

I didnt know this until Leighann from Aquariums told me that if you have a generator and have a central gas heater that you can plug in the blower so that you can have heat through out the whole...

If you have enough money and room try having 2 heaters rated for your size tank. It will heat up evenly without working overly hard and if one kicks over then the other one can keep the temp up.
