Anything taking your eyes off the road is cause for a ticket, make up, reading, your radio, smacking the kids in the back seat, etc. The law is pretty clear about keeping your eyes on the road...

Just a FYI, BAR is also looing into possiably doing a summer regional swap. IIRC they are discussing this at the BOD meeting tomorrow :) June was one of the months I heard being kicked around.
