PFO Pendant or Lumenarc III Mini Stealth DE?
 

I currently have a PFO 400w hqi set-up. The sockets got messed up so Im going to need to repair it. Before I dump money into it, Im wondering if its worth it to upgrade to the Lumenarc III Mini Stealth DE. I have a 100g corner tank and the pendant sits in the middle. Any help would be appreciated as I need to get this figured out by tomorrow.

I have the same thing ,PFO de with 400watters. I to have had issues with the sockets. I got new sockets from Custom Aquatic. The new sockets were a little labor intensive to install due to the salt corrosion. I basically ended up rebuilding the pendant. It is alot easier for me now as I put new screws in as well (stainless)I am not familiar with the luminarc,but they might have the same type socket and same troubles? Well I just looked at Custom Aquatics site, they are on backorder:rolleyes: Im sure someone else has them.

Very much worth it to upgrade to the Lumenarc III Mini Stealth DE pendents if you want more spread.
