what do dead sarcophyton look like?

I got some in the mail, and they were very cold. Three of the four don't do anything, just sit there without sticking out their fingers. The fourth seems to have recovered and looks great. How long should I leave the dead looking ones in the tank? Is there a definite sign when one is truly dead, and not just resting? (been about a week now)
thanks

They still may survive. When leathers go down for the big one, they usually melt away or just deteriorate.
Leave them be, but in a area of moderate flow. Not directly at them.

If it hasn't turned to goo yet, there is hope.

OK. Would it possibly help to put in some food for them? I think they would like some sort of plankton food, right?

You do not need to feed them.
