OT: Restaurants
Lately I've been trying out a lot of new restaurants with friends. My favorites so far have been Bandera on Fair Oaks and Howe and Crush 29 at Eureka and Rocky Ridge in Roseville. Where do you guys like to go? I'm always looking for somewhere new to try.

Hey there,
give rio city a go and if you like to have drinks afterwards go over to the backdoor or fanny annes. All are in old sac. Rio recieves the best river dining year after year.I've worked for irie he's the chef of crush. My friend john bays is the executive chef at rio. Mmmmm!-) I love the good eats, I could go on... !-) |
For a finger licken pizza I recommend Mark&Monica's on Manzanita before it turns into Fair Oaks, and get the potatoe skins ;)
For a country drive and gourmet food at a reasonable price with historical prestige and a private like ambiance look up the mageik(sp?) in Lotus near Coloma. -Justin |
Thanks guys. Ruths Chris is on my list of places to go. I just remembered Crawdads is really good too but they are closed for the season.
|
Maybe drinking is not your thing. If I remember correctly your younger either way a nice place to end up after a night out in midtown is the dessert diner.
Happy eating!-) !-) |
Since justin brought up pizza you want to check out zelda's and wenelli's!-)
!-) |
Staying tuned... lol
i love food as well and looking for some good places :) |
Boulevard Bistro in Elk Grove is a nice night out, a good bottle of wine and a petitie filet in a yummy reduction.
There is always the Kitchen if your wallet wasn't emptied at the LFS. |
If you want to impress the lady friend the firehouse in old sac will do the trick.
!-) |
yeah Firehouse is awesome. So is Slocum house. Was not impressed with Zeldas pizza. You want a real pizza either go to Franks In Grass Valley The best ever in my opinoion or Dantes in Stockton
|

A good time begins around $100-150!-) but that might be just me!-) I think they have a coupon in the entertainment book!-) usually for $39 off dinner entree's!-) I think they run three in that book!-)

We found a little place at Arden and Eastern, Cheffery's. chefferysbistro.com
It's a nice little place with excellent food and a catering business next door. Breakfast, lunch and dinner we have been very happy. |
