The Perfect Dwarf Setup?

What would be the perfect dwarf setup? Right now i just have a cheap 5gal tank i found at walmart with a power filter and a airstone in there for air. But im going to build a nice looking tank in the future and was wondering what the best setup would be. What would be the best way to filter the water so the babies and brine don't get sucked up so quickly also would a skimmer be benificial? Anything else? Thanks for any advice.

My perfecct and your perfect are likely not to be exact. The best way to set up the perfect setup is to research and decide what fits your desires and designs. Here are a couple of places to start:

I'm sure there are better qualified to help you out. Let us see your set up when you have it up and running.
