Clown goby/ ich

My clown goby has ich.

I am seting up a hospital tank but need to know what to treat him with.

I was thinking Copper,Hyposalinity and Garlic.

But will the copper harm the goby.(I read that it cant be used with some fish).

Also how long should i remain fishless?
Im thinking 8 weeks

As far as the hospital tank.

1 10g
1 25watt heater
1 powerhead
1 sponge filter or biowheel
pvc shelter

I found that give your clown a dip in water mixed with garlic oil and the ich will go away.

No copper treatment.
You are limited with gobies, you can definitely supply a good diet like BlueSohal suggested. I have nothing but gobies, I only treat with Melafix...in QT. I've heard that maracyn also works and is not too harsh.
Good luck!
