HAHA. I wish. That is under 220W VHO super actinic. It is much more bland under regular 10K:

What kind of mushroom is that? I've never seen that before. Where did you get them?

From what I've gathered they are a carribean discoma species. I bought them from a dealer in Florida, I don't have any of his e-mails and can't remember the name of the company. If I come across it I'll post it here. Here is a pic of the whole colony.

bradleyj, please could you tell me which camera you're using? My current one has an awful macro function. Maybe with a decent one I could get photos half as good as yours....

Actually, half as good might be ambitious....
