Best lighting for quickest growth??

Hello,
Any feed back would be helpfull
Planning on setting up some prop tanks, possibly 3 30gl breeders (1 for softies, 1 for lps,& 1 for sps) and a 50gl+ fuge.
Would 234w worth of T5's be sufficient for s fast growth of sps & lps (36" Nova Extreme Pro 6x39watt) or do I really need to go the MH route?

TIA,
Fredy

Always have been told and read that a 6500k bulb is the best approximation of sunlight which then gives the best growth. It would prob be used more b/c of this but it is fairly yellow so some people opt for higher K for aesthetics. I started with 2 Ushio 6500 250 MH and supplemented with Blue actinic VHO's and had the best growth results.
