gluing acrylic

so i've got some 1/4" acrylite brand acrylic that im using to make my sump. What should i use to bond it together? I 've got some weld on #3 as well as #16. Can i use either of these and which would be beter? Thanks

I would think the #3 will give you a cleaner joint
