seachem products

hi all , i was just wondering what you thaught about "seachem" products. i have thaught abought using their reef salt and "pureagenn" in my reef tank. A few years ago when i had my freshwater set-ups "seachem" products made all the differance. for some reason the local pet stores around here dont seem to like seachem,,,,i just know that i had great results when using their freshwater products........

I have used severalSeachem products and like them (I don't use their salt so can't comment specifically)

I've had great results with Seachem also. I haven't used their reef salt either. I know that there was a thread several years back comparing different salt mixes to each other but don't know if Seachem's salt was in the comparison.

Seachem is a good product IMO. Retailers sometimes dont "like" things because they dont make enough profit on them. Dont know if thats the case here or not, but have noticed myself that Kent products are hard to avoid at most places.

I have used ReefBuilder, Advantage Calcium, and Purigen before and I am very happy with the result.

I'm using them too - cheaper and good quality. LFS here stocks mainly Kent and, less, Seachem. And what they do not have - by mail order.
