Hercules Pro poxy 20 - reef safe?

Anyone know if this stuff is reef safe?

Since I can see the word "steel" on the label, I would say that it is NOT reef-safe. Also, at a price of $8.99, you may as well buy aquarium epoxy and not take any chances.
