A brand new Ocean runner pump I just bought went out on me. They said replacement pump was in the mail. Three days later, still no pump. When I call to find out *** is going on, the guy tells me "Oh, you were on my list of people to call today" No replacement pump was sent, and now I have to wait a whole week, so they can get my original pump back and see whats wrong with it. BTW, this is on a huge display tank (300+ gallons) in a restaurant. It is hard to explain to the owner what is going on. I just cant believe these people. I am never using this company again.

there chiller's are the worse on the market also.

I had a great experience with Aqua Medic - had a short in my spacelight, sent an email on a Sunday night and got a response the same night, brought the fixture to the warehouse the next morning and they fixed it on the spot. I couldn't ask for better service than that.
