Quick Question on Lumenarc Wiring

I am wiring up a few mini's and the supplied power cable has (4) core wires running through it. The ballast have (2)

Does anyone know which two wires to use? I can trial and error this, but I am afraid I might fry someting.

My bad. 3 wires. White Black and Green. I figured it out. Used the Black and White.
