Can't look at pics?
 

So when I click to look at some pics I get a message that says I must be registered and to click the register button. So I do and it says I am already rgistered. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah? Like here is a for instance- click on gallery and see thumbnails then click on thumbnails and says must register click on register and says already registered?

Sounds like a browser/cookie corruption.

Log out of RC, clear the cache and cookies from your browser, log back in.

Ok so did and checked but still happening. Any other ideas? Thanks. Missing out on some great pics! My eyes aren't good enough to see in thumbnails.

Try it now.

You had your profile set up to browse the board with cookies OFF, which is incompatible with using the gallery. You have to have cookies on, it was turned on earlier for you.
