Aquauniverse In Sac! Report Card!

Well i must babble about the wonderful customer service i received from the folks at Aquauniverse. I Custom ordered a sump that came with a kit including, overflow, light, skimmer, and two pumps. They say it was a turn key operation and by god they were right. Colton was my service rep and proved he knew what he was talking about. They have a website www.aquauniverse.com. I was really impressed with the way the did business and will certainly return as well as pass on to as many folks as possible about their so far great reliablity!

I hope others that have adventured there have been treated as i was. I found their service to be above reproach. I totally recommend them. They are local in SAC and will allow you to pick stuff up.

Good Luck.

What is their store address?

I have never shopped from them, but the only warning I can give is that they carry catalina. I have had numerous bad experiences with their products. Powerheads normally stopped working one day after I bought them.

They are located in the Depot Park. Address is 8350 Fruitridge. Off of Howe. I on the other hand have had some awesome luck with Catalina equipment. But they are certainly worth looking at!

i can 2nd the bad catalina products. i had 3 powerheads which were new and all 3 lasted not much more than 3 weeks before locking up and dying.

isn't that just catalina/whatever name their old store used to be with just a new web name? i think so. :)

as such, i've heard too many horror stories from people to EVER try any of their products (not that all of their products fail but also that it is near impossible to get any customer service if you have any problems with your purchase).

Yeah, same ole' Catalina just a different name.

I have bought their stuff and it has been nothing but JUNK!!! They also have the worst customer service in the history of mankind!!! Sorry to be so passionate but they ripped me off TWICE with bad equipment. The second time was my own fault however because I was dumb enough to give them a second chance. Crappy equipment at low prices that are not worth the risks.

wow, i guess i might have just got lucky...lol..sorry to hear about your poor experience pb. Cheers
