Two Mantis Shrimp Together?
 

I just had a quick question: Can you put two together? Thanks!!!

I believe they are the same species. Both are 3"-4" and the tank they would go in is 30 gallons.

unless they are a male and female Lysiosquillina, they will kill eachother at the first molt. If they are Lysiosquillina, a 30 gallon is far too small for the extremely deep sand bed they require.

Yes they will kill one another, plain and simple.

Hey try it!!! THey might be the opposite sex, just make sure you dim the lights. :D

Dim trhe lights, play a little Barry White and maybe pour a little wine in the water to break down any resistance! <lol> Sorry, I couldn't resist!!!! Let us know how you make out.
