Question on frag tanks..
 

I am getting ready to plumb two 30g frag tanks into my main system. My question is, should I install troughs in them to increase flow? or would you leave them as open tanks? I can feed as much flow to them as the 1" bulkheads can handle.. I plan to propigate softies in one tank, and LPS/SPS in the other. Lighting will consist of a single 250w 10k MH over each tank. They will be set up alongside my 100g basement sump, and 55g fuge. Whaddya think? Troughs on one, both, or none? Thanks!

I say try it out in one (LPS/SPS) and see how it does; if you like it, add it to the other one later.
