frags4u- not a good gamble
 

I purchased a light from frags4u (different name) last July, and it never came. After months of hassel, he admitted it never got shipped, and sayed he'd return my money. So far he's paid $25 of the $190, and that was a couple months ago. Just be aware.

Boy am I glad I didn't do business with him a few months back.... He sounds like a class act

Had trouble with him in the past too... Mine was eventually resolved (got full refund) but only after aggressively pursuing it, getting paypal and credit card company involved, etc.
In a gesture of good will, I advised him to be prompt when shipping out goods and to maintain a good level of communication with his buyers.... I guess he never took that advise to heart at all... I definitely do not recommend dealing with him.

my two cents I have refunded every problem accept lovely and still will but lovely had prove of delivery and im off currently due to accident and back NO Income I have refunded doox and LOu and some to lov so plz chill I may be disabled Im doin gall I can

Not to sound harsh here but is that really Love's problem ? You clearly have done people Wrong and they have the right to say so...

how about just send her the stuff you said you where going to in the first place??? i you did have it than you should have sent it, would have been cheaper than doing refund lay away.

Agreed. Besides, it's not just about refunding payments... it's about wasted time time and effort, not to mention the aggravation of having to chase someone around because they don't even bother to give you a simple tracking number...
It all comes down to 'customer service' and I hate to say it, but this guy fell very short in that department. I even went as far as advising him about the importance of clear and constant communication, specially when making amends...
but it now seems like it was more of an exercise in futility.

By the way, it's now been 11 months since I paid Frags4u the $190, and no contact or refund. Surely he's found a job by now.

Even if he hasnt found a job... What is with the mentally that he sees this as your problem... Send the product or the cashh Frags.... Otherwise it is FRAUD plain and simple!

Wow, almost a year! Dude if I were her you'd have cops banging down your door. Hey I understand how things can happen, I bought something from someone and it took me two weeks longer than expected to pay him, but you can bet your butt I called him and let him know the whole time what was going on, even offered to pay interest which he refused. Did you ever even have the light?

another case of habitual problems, no buying from that guy for me!
