This was the first time that I ever order from Premium Aquatics.

The first experience that I had with them was a good one.

I ordered a Schuran and it had issues. Parts was leaky, etc etc. Michelle and Jason worked with me to get the issues fixed. They gave me alternative, suggestions, etc. They wanted to make their customer happy with their purchase. They had great after sale customer service.

As we discussed the Schuran issue, I placed another order with them for two Giant Blue Spotted Gigas. The PA team did their best to make sure that these guys were going to make it alright to my house. They packed everything as good as they can and tried their best to keep the shipment warm during the cold season.

I want to say that PA is a great company and does their best to make their customer happy. Plus they have a patiences like saints :P especially when dealing with me.

I have to agree, I use them a lot. It helps that I am in Chicago and they are in Indy, if I order before noon I will get the stuff the next day.

Whenever I have had an issue with my order (( that will happen no matter who you order from )), they have always handled it great.

yes, premium aquatics is a good vendor.

I visit their store in Indy frequently. they are all about customer service. 80% of everything I have is from PA. It's crazy to see the difference in price between my LFS and PA. Anyways A+++ for PA
