24x30x24 or 24x24x24 ?

Help me decide my possible new tank.

External overflow on both models.

It's 200$ more for 24"L x 30"W x 24"H compared to 24"L x 24"W x 24"H

Should I go for it ?

$200 for 6 more inches in width. IMO thats alot of money for that little extra room.

Yeah I know, both are made out of Starphire glass 1/2"

I'd save the $200 and go for the cube, I love the look of those tanks.

True save the $$$. Easier to efficiently light 24" than 30".

That's what I'm thinking also !

I also have the option of getting the 24x30x24 with an internal overflow..it would be 130$ more for external overflow.

Go with the deeper of the two. I have a 24" cube and I wish I had the extra 6" of space. Aquascaping would be much easier.

we went 24x36x24...the 24 will be front viewing pane with the extra foot for depth. glad we did, will allow much better scaping.

we went with AO and the prices for starphire all around are very reasonable.
