Not having any luck with John Hartford!!! Please help.
 

I purchased a light from John Hartford last week, paid with paypal, recieved a message from him at 12:30 a.m. on the 26th stating that he would have it out. I asked for a tracking number and haven't heard from him since? Anyone have an issue like this before with him/ purchased anything from this individual? Just wanting to see if it is a trend with him or a one-time thing?

That is the screen name "John Hartford".

He gave me a tracking number but stated that it may not work, sure enough, it does not work. It is starting to sound fishy to me.

contact your paypal and trying to get your money back, but I think you should give him a few more days due to the holidays.

That is what I was thinking to do, but I paid him back on the 17th of Dec!!

Good News, the tracking number that was given to me is working. Looks like I will have my item by tomorrow. I will keep everyone posted.

FYI ... Update.. I have recieved the light! All is well. Light is has a little salt creep on it but no worries, light works well and everything is good.
