Bought an octopus 3000 from Jaystew last week, he was very helpful in answering my questions about the unit, and what accessories were included.

After I payed via paypal he was quickly in contact with me, and shipped within a day!

I recieved everything on time, and the controller was in great shape (could have been brand new, I wouldn't have known the difference). The packaging was done very well, and all of the probes were in proper working order and in great shape - like new.

Jaystew - thanks for all of the extra pH standard solution packets too!

Oh, and I almost forgot - the warranty card! that was awesome, it is almost like having a new unit!

Can't thank you enough, and if they could, my fish and corals would thank you too!

I have more very positive feedback for Jaystew. I bought an Ampmaster 3000 for a very good price. Jaystew sent out the pump very quickly and I received everything in great condition.
