IDK *** I'm Doin Regarding Skimmers Suggestions?

My Goal - Secure the best skimmer possible under 216 dollars.

Why: A lot of people set standards with Euro-Reef. I found a Blem Euro-Reef RS100 for 199.99 or 216.00 Shipped. So I decided to see if I could find a skimmer better than that for 216.00 shipped or less.

Plans - Mixed Reef Majority Softies slightly Larger than normal Bioload 2 Clowns, maybe a Power Blue Tang maybe some anthias.

Mod's are ok but if they REQUIRE mods just to work correctly then I'm skeptical.
