Red Slime Algea -Antired-AquaMedic

Hi, Can you help me with this product.

I have a problem with Red slime Algea.

I used the product called Antired from Aqua-Medic, yesterday.

Do I have to change about 20% water after 24 hours?

I would probably go by what the instructions advise and if there are no instructions then yes do a water change...
