Strange Blenny
I was wondering if anyone had ever had a Star Blenny that lived in the skimmer box? This little guy goes in & out of the skimmer box like it lives there. He swims between the teeth of the box. I'm worried he's going to get sucked up by the power head.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Ron |
My algae blenny use to go in there before it got to fat. He would eat the hair algae and then leave. never knew it was in there until one day during a water change he went airborne getting back out into the tank...

Electric Fence.
I would put a cut into a sponge and put it over the teeth of the overflow box. |
Thats pretty funny....I'll keep feeding him. Thanks!

I wouldnt use a sponge, it will clog too easy. I would use some sort of plastic mesh/grate to put behind the teeth.
Something like this. http://www.internetplastic.com/plastic_pvc.htm#search |
