A couple of brittlestar photos
 
A small brittlestar was being photogenic, so here are a couple of photos. It was eating a cleaner shrimp molt.

those are nice shots, what camera are you using?

Thanks! It's a Canon 20D with the 100mm 2.8 macro lens. I took the shot freestanding (my tripod is broken) with the lens braced against the glass. I just used the built-in flash for that one.

BTW, it's just the one photo. The top photo is the full photo. The other two are just crops, though I'm still throwing away tons of pixels to get the images down for web viewing (i.e., the "enlargements" are still reductions).

This would be the photo at roughly (I haven't found where I can get a precise crop in Photoshop) 100%:
