Octopus bh100f or AquaC Remora
 

Which H.O.B. do you think is better? Evidence? I tried to search, but it has been broken for several hours....

I have read a lot of good about the octopus and that it produces a ton of skimmate, i havent heard too much about the remora...

any advice or opinions on which i should get? its for a 30 gallon reef tank, perhaps will find a new home on a 55gallon in spring.

I have the octo and I LOVE IT!!! everyone says that the octo is alot better but thats all opinions. the octo does produce a ton of skimmate.

Octo! Its absolutely amazing!

how much is this octo that we're talkin about?

I have an octo in sump on my 75, if the HOB is anything like it, I'd grab one without hesitation.

hmm so far the octopus bh 100f is killing the competition... looks like i might be going for one! ( its 149.00 bucks to the fella who asked up a bit)

I have a feeling they will be biased towards the octo, but will also have lots of great info.

I picked my octo bh-100 up for $125.00 from thereefstop.com It took a long time for shipping and then the pump was bad so it took a while for that to be resolved but I still love it.

i just made a deal for a remora for $40....thats why i asked
