In the middle of a diatom bloom and my tank specs are a little off...is this related?
 

As the title says I'm in the middle of a diatom bloom. It is the second day of the bloom and I was busy yesterday and just saw it in passing and didn't have time to check the parameters. The Ph is way low...how low I don't know. My test kit only shows 7.4 and the color was brighter than that. And the Alkalinity is high...13. Here are the rest of the tank parameters.

Ph <7.4
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Calcium 400
Alkalinity 13
Phosphate 0

Are these things related? And either way what can I do to take care of the parameters? Thanks in advance.
