looks F'n great!:D |
Wow...very impressive! I would like to know the camera details as well. Thanks! :)

very nice pics!
nice pics, how did u get such close up clear shots?
What kind of camera and lens are you using? Those are amazing.
wow...thanx guys high praise indeed. some camera specs now follow.
camera-Fuji s602 zoom 3.1 mp with some simple magnifying lenses that screw onto an adapter.no underwater casing just clean glass and a good macro setting. this camera is a few years old but still works well and at a couple of hundred bucks it's well worth it. a couple more shots. can I ask what you paid for those? My LFS is selling colonys of around 20-30 polyps for around $450.
well i will say that back east they are way more than out here on the west coast.
Geez, I need a new camera!
my camera is like 3-4 years old. you just have to get to know your camer and what it can do.
mummra100769 - awesome pictures and Acans !! Can you share how you keep these Acan happy? My LFS said that they are feeding Acan 3 times a week, in low flow, and low light condition.
high flow but all indirect...i run 2x250w MH and 3 VHO on my 37 gal cube. i also rarely feed mine.
Very, very nice. Borderline exquisite!

NOT SO HAPPY ACANS!!!
so i had this unknown lps drop from it's perch yesterday and land on a couple of my acans. this is a problem as thing kills everything it touches. i will post some pics of the damage and some full tank shots tonight. thank god these acans grow fast. here is a pic of the offender.
i used to call him a lobo but then he fell on my lobo and tore him up. i am locking him down with epoxy tonight as he is too dangerous. |
