I ordered a skimmer from them 2 weeks ago and 2 day overnighted it and it finally arrived today. All i can say is they need to fire who ever packs the skimmers. It came with the pumps attached and guess what. The main body of the skimmer was broken.I tried to call every number petorama had an even the das factor after about 15 phone calls and 30 transfers i finally got someone who new what i was talking about . Now they promised i would have a new body by tomarrow . But i have my reservations about that but we will see.
