LAst frogspawn question (I promise)
I know that I've been drilling you guys on Frogspawn questions for a week now but please bear with me. I noticed a tentacle today which was obviously on it's way out. Thick base portion, then a string holding onto another thicker portion of the tentacle.
It's gotta fall off soon. Could this be a way of reproduction? I feel that this is wishful thinking because the coral would simply branch when it's time for it's colony to expand. A good water change is in order for tommorrow. Current is a bit stong on this frag (tentacles are constantly moving). The sweepers are growing a bit large. The skeleton is laying on it's side off of a piece of live rock so one heads polyps tends to sag alot (flow conditions have contributed here). Could the flow be overcomming this frag or should I relax and stop the worrying? All params seem to be in order. Again, thanks for your patience. When I get more experience I'll definitly pay this back. Travis |
