Leather changing colour

My leather has gradually been getting darker and looking greener since I got it in October--it has about tripled in size and the polyps are always extended so I assume it's quite happy and healthy but it doesn't look as pretty as it used to....is somehting wrong with it??
Here are some before and after pics---it actually looks even darker in real life than it appears in the picture....:(

Looks like a green polyp sarco to me.. I wouldn't complain, they are not as common as the normal yellow sarco.

Sounds like its happen and adjusting to its environment..

That is incredibly impressive growth. I agree it sounds as though it's just adapting and going to it's natural colors. Keep up the good work ;)

Looks very happy, imo. :) Nice pics.

Thanks very much! Well I'm glad it's happy!
Someonr elsewhere suggested it might be preparing for a moult hence the colour chnage? any thoughts on that? (personally I think that as the colour change has been so gradual it is probably just growing into its natural colour as suggested here)

Any suggestions on getting my leather to wake up? It sometimes lays down and then a day or so later stands back up. I have had it for 6 months I guess and never once has it opend. I moved it to my nanocube last night hopeing to get it to purk up. Everything grows better in the nano but I want it in my other tank.
