found this today
was wondering what type of flatworm it its
about 1/4" long

Looks like an acoel flatworm.

i have the same thing in my tank i dont know what it is eather

i found out it is a planaria, but what type i don't know.

The white ones a like you have pictured are generally considered safe. Their population usually coincides with new tank setup and eventually you stop seeing them. The one you have pictured is rather large though from the white ones I'm familiar with.
