I have something very close to it....mine is more of aa bright yellow.

I wanted to get the pe rock but I just don't know if it is worth the price.

Is it way over priced?

IMHO.....very overpriced. I know somewhere where you can get greens and reds for a good price. Have a road trip to take though.
